This is the most popular videos amongst continuing students.  It’s a short video called Ten Minute Activation I.  It’s really important that we use the whatever time that we have.  If you only 5 minutes or 10 minutes it is better to use that time to move than do nothing.  I hope that this video is a helpful reminder and encourages moving even in small bursts of time.
