Focus Exercise Video: Cactus to Y

This video is one of the focus exercises for the week.  Try to repeat it 2-3 times before our next class together.

When our shoulder round forward, the shoulders blades move further away from the spine causing us to hunch further forward.  If we draw the shoulder blades gently towards the spine the collarbones widen and our heart lifts.  This exercise activates the muscles that help draw the shoulder blades near the spine.
