Focus Exercise Video: Deep Neck Flexor Activation

This video is one of the focus exercises for the week.  Try to repeat it 2-3 times before our next class together.

The deep neck flexors help us maintain stability through the neck and good posture.  A research study published in 2016, reported that deep cervical flexor activation exercise was effective to alleviate pain, recover functions, and correct forward head posture in the patients with neck pain.
