This video is one of the focus exercises for the week. Try to repeat it 2-3 times before our next class together.
1-Leg Block Balance is an exercise that helps people with spinal fusions find their midline and work on their balance. It uses the same hip musculature as the Side Lying Series. 1-Leg Block Balance can particularly help those with a lateral hip shift when balancing on the same leg as the direction of the hip shift.
