Pilates is a mind-body exercise that provides daily conditioning, promotes whole body health, and develops mental awareness to optimize your personal performance.  Joseph Pilates originally developed the system during the 20th century and current research along with modern concepts of biomechanics, motor learning, and communication skills has enhanced his work.  I specialize in developing programs and exercise modifications for clients who have injuries and other physical concerns such as scoliosis, spinal fusions, and other back care issues.
